My Sims Are Real

...at least they seem that way sometimes.

Apple Grove - Round 7 - Anderson

Welcome to Toddlermania the Anderson family.  Charity has so much to do, that there really should be four of her.

Photobucket

As you can see, they have seven children - a child, 5 toddlers and a baby, plus a dog.  Even though it was the Christmas season, the Andersons knew they needed to move into a new home.

Photobucket

But before they moved, I thought I would take a picture of the nanny.  I guess she lost her hair when I cleaned out my downloads folder. Or maybe it was just the stress.

Photobucket

This is their new home on 540 Cobbler Street which is going to be so nice. Their last house was just way too crowded.  Also, all their needs were low, and to avoid cheating, this seemed like the best way to refresh all their needs and avoid having a social worker take all the kids.  They couldn't afford a new home, but thanks to Simlogical they were able to get a mortgage.

Photobucket

They now had enough room for a Christmas tree.  Sabastian must be afraid to look directly at it.  I would be too if I were a sim.  Those things burst into flames all the time for no apparent reason.

Photobucket

Charity still has her sisters Cassandra and Amiee helping her out with the all children.

Photobucket

Poor Charity is always starving.  She has no time to take care of herself with all those little ones.

Photobucket

And Poor Mew never gets attention from her parents anymore.  The whole family is in survival mode.

Photobucket

Charity influenced the Fancey family's Butlernator who was there as part of the welcome wagon to make them some grilled cheese sandwiches.  How is this kind of incompetence possible?  I know for a fact that Butlernator has 10 cooking points.

Photobucket

Poor Mew stared longingly out the window.  Christmas vacation is not the same for her as it is for other children in Apple Grove.  She spends her time picking up bottles and taking out the garbage.  When she's hungry, she has to bake herself a muffin.

Photobucket

Caasandra is beginning to look a little tired and irritated at her sister from all the free babysitting she's been doing.

Photobucket

It was time for Blissey to become a big girl.  The more people that can go potty and bake muffins, the better.

Photobucket

Here's one last picture of her as a cute toddler.

Photobucket

She grew up with wavy brown hair.  When I get a chance, I'll have to fix her hair so I can remember who she is.

Photobucket

Mew is about to become a teen, which will really help out.

Photobucket

Especially now that her mom is pregnant.  Again.

Photobucket

I think it just dawned on her that this will be her 8th child.

Photobucket

Mew may not be too sad to leave her difficult childhood behind.

Photobucket

Ugh, she grew up with dreadlocks.  I'll have to fix that as well.

Photobucket

She decided she wants money - probably because she's never really had any.  As a secondary aspiration, she wants a family of her own despite all her difficult experiences growing up in a large family.  She likes guys that wear jewelry and love to clean, but I guess she wants to be in charge of the kitchen.  Maybe she's afraid she'll be stuck picking up bottles and eating muffins for the rest of her life.

Photobucket

It's now time for Lucario to be a big boy.

Photobucket

Here's one more picture of Lucario as a toddler.

Photobucket

And now he's big enough to go to school.  I think he's a cute kid.

Photobucket

I didn't know that babies can be put on the toddler beds, but apparently they can.  Thankfully, they can't roll off.  This is Victini, BTW.

Photobucket

And it wouldn't be Christmas in Apple Grove without a Christmas tree fire.

Photobucket

Mew is a good big sister.  She grabbed Gorebyss and ran him out the door.

Photobucket

Aunt Cassandra grabbed Walrein and took him out away from the flames.  Soon the fire department arrived and put out the fire.  I think at that point they gave up the Christmas celebration.  No one had time to bake Santa cookies anyway.

Photobucket

Walrein lived to see his birthday thanks to his heroic aunt.

Photobucket

Here's one more picture of Walrein as a toddler.  In case you don't remember, Walrein was adopted, but that did not count to help Sabastian with his LTW to marry off 6 children.

Photobucket

Walrein is cute too.

Photobucket

Unfortunately, no one cared enough to check on him before his birthday, and he grew up badly.  This is one of the only times I've ever had a child grow up badly.  Oops.

Photobucket

Walrein did not take it well.  He immediately got into a fight with Lucario.  This is a Pokemon battle between Walrein and Lucario, LOL.

Photobucket

The battle went on for a very long time.  Sabastian was mortified, but Aunt Amiee and Aunt Cassandra loved it.  Cassandra was cheering for Lucario to win.

Photobucket

It ended with Walrein beating Lucario and knocking him into the wall.  Red-headed orphan kids are tough, I guess.

Photobucket

Then I didn't know what he was doing...

Photobucket

But I guess sim kids can throw tantrums.  I've never seen that happen before.

Photobucket

He was very unhappy.  Sorry kid, I usually care more.  But at least you didn't get sent back to the orphanage.  Yet.

Photobucket

Now that they got rid of three toddlers, it was time for Victini to become one.

Photobucket

One more picture of Victini as a baby...

Photobucket

And I guess he's going to wear a tuxedo.

Photobucket

Even though she's pregnant and exhausted, Charity had to repair the trash compactor.  She has the most mechanical points.  With all the bottles they have to clean up, they can't wait for a repairman.

Photobucket

Lucario probably deserved to get beaten in a fight.  Little Victini passed out on the floor from exhaustion, but Lucario thinks it's funny.

Photobucket

Lucario would also apparently like to see his brother Walrein dead for beating him in the Pokemon battle.

Photobucket

Blissey finally got her hair fixed.

Photobucket

And so did Mew, although I think the red pajamas look terrible with her hair.

Photobucket

There, that's better.  And now I guess it's time to say good-bye to the Andersons until round 8.  Things should only get easier for them as the kids become more self-sufficient.

And, according to my notes, I only have 3 houses left to play in Round 7! :)

I really like how Blissey's hair looks just like an actual Blissey XD And all of those toddlers must have been a real nightmare! I've been doing a xenophilia challege and tons of toddlers are just too much. I've never seen a sim kid have a tantrum either. Was he in the red or something?

I know - when I saw that hairstyle, I knew it would be perfect for Blissey. :) She got her name before I found the hair.

I feel for you with your challenge - toddlers are so much work in the game. And yes, I guess Walrein's aspiration was low, and it's still far into the red now.

eep DX At least they have more than one bathroom and more than one adult taking care of them! After a while I just put two dog beds, two dog bowls, and activity table, and just set them free to do whatever they'd like after they were potty trained.

LOL about the dog bowls! I've done the pet beds before myself. I now use the toddler beds from Mod the Sims. The animations are a little weird when they get in and out of the bed, but at least they can get in and out by themselves.

:O So many kids! I would pass out if I tried to play that family. ;) But they are cute kids, even Walrein. He looks extraordinary NOT Maxis to be adopted.

It was exhausting to play the family, even with 4 adults taking care of all the toddlers. I was so relieved when I was done with just a 1 day round with that family. If you ever want a migraine headache, you should try the Toddermania Challenge - 1 adult, 7 toddlers - no cheats. I was only crazy enough to try it once. ;)

I have face template default replacements, so the newly game-generated sims are never hideous.
